Room Attendant

Room Attendant Join the opening team at our brand-new hotel in downtown Boise! We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendants who take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. Position Summary The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and hotel areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards Change bed linens and replace towels and guest amenities Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms Restock housekeeping carts and supplies Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly Ensure all rooms are inspection-ready in a timely manner Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness procedures Provide friendly and professional guest service Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Reliable attendance and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay Hotel discounts Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to be part of a brand-new hotel opening team If you are dependable, hardworking, and enjoy creating great guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
