In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high sanitation standards, and creating a comfortable environment for clients and guests alike. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will help uphold our reputation for excellence in cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure a pristine appearance Execute specialized cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and upholstery care using appropriate equipment and techniques Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly Manage custodial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, waste disposal, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service visits Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation procedures, carpet cleaning, and laundry management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as needed Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Certification or training in custodial services or related fields is advantageous Join us to make a tangible difference in creating clean, comfortable environments!
