The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Coeur d'Alene is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Members to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position plays an important role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing clean guest rooms and public areas while delivering friendly and professional service. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards Change bed linens and replace towels and guest amenities Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock guest rooms and bathrooms Clean hallways, common areas, and other assigned spaces Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily room goals Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day Benefits Employee hotel discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Country Inn & Suites is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences for guests and team members alike.
