Job Description

The Hagerman Valley Inn is a 17 room inn on the edge of Hagerman. The season is picking up and we are looking for a weekend housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards. This role will attend to rooms, customer requests and front desk. We want our guests to have an amazing experience and keeping our facilities in a clean and orderly condition is a vital part of that picture. There are morning and evening shifts. Saturday and Sunday mornings are most needed. Responsibilities Clean and prepare all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits Answer phones, check guests in and deliver excellent customer service Greet and help guests with needs, changes or issues Handle laundry & folding linens Communicate shortages or damages Check stocking levels of products Skills Great attitude and team spirit Ability to work independently Helpful with customer service Computer & phone skills
