Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and applying proper floor care methods to keep surfaces pristine Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards Adhere to established cleaning schedules and checklists to guarantee consistency across all areas Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
