Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Set up breakfast areas with linens, utensils, condiments, and beverages to create an inviting atmosphere Maintain cleanliness of dining spaces, including tables, chairs, counters, and buffet areas throughout service hours Housekeeping responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and ensuring overall tidiness of the facility Restock supplies as needed, including food items, linens, toiletries, and cleaning products Follow food safety protocols diligently during food handling and preparation to ensure guest safety Assist with catering or banquet setups for special events or group bookings as required Skills Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards Experience in food preparation and handling within the food industry or hospitality settings Familiarity with banquet service or catering operations enhances performance in this role Dietary aide or food safety certifications are a plus to ensure compliance with health regulations Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage service is beneficial for breakfast offerings This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
