Job Description

We are seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and common areas to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces Clean bathrooms thoroughly Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival Report any maintenance issues or damages to the assistant manager and owner Maintain cleanliness of common areas as needed Fill in Daily Sheets Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols
Schedule & Workload:
This position has set, consistent hours based on a standard daily workload. Housekeepers are expected to work efficiently, with an average target of approximately 30 minutes per room , depending on room condition. Work is assigned to maintain a reasonable and manageable pace, while still meeting cleanliness standards. During higher occupancy periods, additional hours may be available based on business needs. Employees are expected to be available and present during their assigned shifts.
Seasonal Expectation:
As this is the summer season, we are in a high-demand period. Strong attendance and reliable availability are essential. Applicants should be prepared to maintain consistent attendance and adhere to their scheduled hours throughout the season.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience strongly preferred Commitment to professionalism and high cleaning standards Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable and punctual Physically fit and able to hold up to 40 lbs
Additional Information:
This is a structured position with clearly defined expectations. Employees are expected to complete all assigned rooms within their scheduled shift while maintaining quality standards.
Expected Hours :
22 hrs per week (may change based on business needs) Serious inquiries only and able to start the position as soon as possible!
