In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Your attention to detail will ensure that every space is left spotless, providing a welcoming environment for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute carpet cleaning tasks to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets. Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed to ensure freshness and cleanliness. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, polishing, and buffing various types of flooring. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and timeframes. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
