This job postition is for Weekends, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques such as sweeping, buffing, waxing, or carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and responding promptly to residents' or guests' needs. Support custodial responsibilities by restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines or supervising junior staff in larger facilities. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in janitorial work, custodial duties, or commercial cleaning environments. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures to ensure health safety compliance. Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics with care. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and respond positively to resident or guest inquiries. Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles.
