This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment.

Pay:

$20/hour Key Responsibilities of the

Housekeeper:

Provides daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities, both on-course and inside the clubhouse. Performs light and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial services.

Experience:

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment used in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests. Familiarity with custodial practices and safety regulations within the hospitality sector.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

11 AM - 7

PM Saturday and Sunday:

7 AM - 3
