Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and bring your passion for cleanliness, organization, and exceptional service to our vibrant environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Manage floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, waxing floors, and applying protective finishes to preserve surfaces' quality. Assist with meal preparation or light cooking as needed to support household or hospitality operations. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished to support ongoing cleanliness efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Experience with laundry processes and managing household or hotel housekeeping operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning tools and products; certification in housekeeper management or janitorial services is a plus.
