Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Conduct floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance treatments. Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to ensure hygiene standards are met. Assist with outdoor work when necessary, including sweeping walkways or maintaining outdoor areas to uphold overall property appearance. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment during cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning service. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during cleaning or moving tasks. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Experience with laundry operations and housekeeper management is a plus. Outdoor work experience beneficial for maintaining exterior spaces when required. Customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients and team members alike.
