Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Clean and organize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces. Occasionally handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail in every home. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments. Follow instructions carefully and communicate professionally with clients and team members. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance at all times. Safely use cleaning supplies, equipment, and sanitation products as needed. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial work, or hotel cleaning is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping standards is a plus. Experience with sanitation products is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills and punctuality are essential. Must be able to bend, lift, carry, reach, and clean in various areas of the home. Customer service experience is helpful in building trust and ensuring client satisfaction. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Responsabilidades Realizar limpieza completa de hogares residenciales, incluyendo quitar el polvo, barrer, trapear, aspirar y pulir superficies. Limpiar y organizar cocinas, baños, habitaciones, salas y otras áreas asignadas. Ocasionalmente realizar tareas de lavandería, como lavar, secar, doblar y organizar ropa y sábanas con cuidado. Mantener altos estándares de limpieza, higiene y atención al detalle en cada hogar. Administrar el tiempo de manera efectiva para completar las tareas dentro del horario programado. Seguir instrucciones cuidadosamente y comunicarse de manera profesional con clientes y miembros del equipo. Mantener una actitud positiva, buena ética de trabajo y presentación profesional en todo momento. Experiencia y Requisitos Experiencia previa en limpieza residencial, housekeeping, limpieza comercial o trabajo de conserjería es altamente deseable. Conocimiento de prácticas de limpieza comercial o estándares de limpieza de hotel es una ventaja. Experiencia con equipos de limpieza de alfombras, maquinaria para pisos o productos de desinfección es preferida, pero no requerida. Buen manejo del tiempo y puntualidad son esenciales. Debe poder agacharse, levantar, cargar, alcanzar y limpiar en diferentes áreas del hogar. Experiencia en servicio al cliente ayuda a crear confianza y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente. Debe ser una persona confiable, detallista y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente o en equipo.
