Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Care for floors using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure they are spotless and safe for guests. Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to guarantee guest comfort and convenience. Follow established protocols for janitorial tasks, including waste removal and deep cleaning procedures. Collaborate with housekeeping management to communicate supply needs promptly. Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and health regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and disinfectants. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
