Evenings, weekends, and holidays required Purpose of the Role To uphold exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all guest-facing and back-of-house spaces supporting illusion, elegance, and emotional journey of TH&TE experience. Role Summary The Public Area Attendant is a behind-the-scenes steward of atmosphere, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and quiet readiness of TH&TE throughout service. This role ensures that every space feels intentional, cared for, and uninterrupted so the magic of the experience is never broken. Team Sparkle works with precision, discretion, and pride, supporting live performances, guest flow, and nightly operations with an intuitive understanding of presence, and invisibility. This is not a passive role; it requires awareness, movement, and anticipation in a dynamic, immersive environment. Key Responsibilities Cleanliness & Presentation Maintain pristine conditions in restrooms, public areas, performance spaces (pre- and post-show resets), and back-of-house throughout service. This includes fixtures, mirrors, floors, partitions, vanities, bathroom amenities). Perform continuous touch-ups during operating hours based on run-of-show flow with minimal disruption to guests, performers, and staff. Polish mirrors, metal finishes, glass, and specialty surfaces, and high-touch areas meet luxury cleanliness standards. Service Flow & Discretion Move through spaces with awareness of performances, guest sightlines, and timing. Respond quickly and quietly to spills, broken glass, accidents, or unexpected needs using proper safety signage and protocol. Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Support special events, activations, and late-night resets as directed. Reset restrooms and public spaces quickly between high-volume waves. Brand & Environmental Care Handle furnishings, specialty finishes (marble, stone, brass, wood, leather, custom millwork) with care and proper technique using approved cleaning methods only. Be mindful of scent, lighting readiness, and overall ambiance while working. Ensure furniture placement aligns with layout standards and guest flow. Identify wear, damage, or maintenance concerns and report promptly to the Director of Housekeeping Teamwork & Communication Attend daily line-ups or pre-shift briefings. Communicate clearly with the Housekeeping Manager and fellow attendants regarding priorities and issues. Support opening, closing, and deep-clean procedures. Follow established SOPs, PM checklists, and safety protocols Required Background & Experience 1-3+ years of housekeeping, custodial, or facilities experience in hospitality, entertainment, or luxury environments preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods Key Competencies Discretion and professionalism Quiet efficiency and situational awareness Reliability and consistency Respect for brand standards and guest experience Team-first mindset Reference Requirement 3 references including at least one from a former direct report.
