Assist with laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing or linens. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas by disinfecting fixtures and surfaces regularly. Handle floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and buffing to preserve flooring quality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits or interactions. Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment. Support custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in good condition. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping roles; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued. Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals. Skills in various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation processes. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members. Experience with laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards in busy environments. Prior experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning settings is a plus; janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.
