Position Overview We are seeking a diligent, compassionate, and reliable Housekeeper to join our team; responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the community, ensuring that residents feel comfortable and cared for in their living spaces. This role is essential in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Key Responsibilities Clean residents' apartments on a scheduled basis, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as lounges, hallways, dining rooms, restrooms, and activity rooms. Ensure all cleaning duties are performed in accordance with community standards and health and safety regulations. Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels of cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to the supervisor. Interact with residents and their families in a pleasant, respectful, and professional manner, addressing concerns promptly and courteously. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items observed during cleaning to the appropriate department. Follow all infection control policies and procedures to maintain a healthy living environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field (experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and commitment to cleanliness. Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors. Why Join Us?
