Job Description The Custodian II will clean and maintain public areas, including but not limited to: Hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms etc. The Custodian II will perform detail work and high dusting. The Custodian II will eEnsure preventative care of cleaning equipment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum one (1) year cleaning experience preferred; knowledge of cleaning equipment. Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
