Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain pristine environments Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain floors through proper care techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to ensure a spotless finish Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any special requests Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including kitchens and bathrooms, using appropriate cleaning products and methods Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, supporting household routines and dietary preferences Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; previous housekeeping management experience is a plus Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms homes into pristine sanctuaries!
