We're looking for one experienced, reliable independent cleaning professional to partner with us in the Elgin, St. Charles, and Geneva area. We are not looking for just another cleaner. We are looking for someone exceptional — a professional who takes pride in their work, shows up on time every time, and genuinely understands that the client is the absolute priority. Not occasionally. Not when it's convenient. Every single visit. If that's not how you operate, this is not the right fit. We'd rather have no one than the wrong person. This is a 1099 subcontractor position. Not a job. A partnership. We handle all marketing, scheduling, booking, and client communication. You show up, deliver exceptional results, and get paid per project — no hourly tracking, no micromanagement. What you'll earn: Projects typically pay $22

Faster, better cleaners earn more. Hours & growth: This position starts part-time with a clear path to full-time volume within 60 days as client load increases. Some visits you'll work alongside another cleaning professional. Some you'll run solo. Both happen regularly — you need to be comfortable with both. You must have ALL of the following to apply: Minimum 2 years of paid professional residential cleaning experience (cleaning your own home does not count) Full understanding of and commitment to a non-toxic cleaning model — we do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or conventional products. You must already own and work with non-toxic supplies and equipment Reliable personal transportation Legal authorization to work in the US (documentation required at onboarding) Smartphone with reliable data Basic English communication skills Must be located within 45 minutes of Elgin, IL — please do not apply if you live further than 45 minutes away Willingness to submit to a background check (required before onboarding) Strongly preferred: Registered cleaning business (sole proprietor, LLC, or similar) Active liability insurance for your cleaning business What onboarding looks like: No formal training program. You already know how to clean at a high level. You'll spend time with our Team Lead to learn our standard and client expectations — then you run independently.
