This vital role involves caring for outdoor landscapes, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas/ apartments inside and outside the buildings. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong mechanical knowledge, and a passion for creating welcoming environments for residents and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community while honing your Janitorial and Housekeeping skills. Responsibilities Conduct landscape upkeep such as landscaping projects, hardscape repairs, irrigation system checks, and pick up trash to enhance curb appeal. Maintain outdoor areas by snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for residents and staff. Carry out routine housekeeper duties such as cleaning common areas, hallways, vacant units, and other shared spaces to promote cleanliness and hygiene. Perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs on plumbing, electrical fixtures, or appliances as needed. Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks such as picking up trash, power washing, snow plowing, and removing large items in vacant apartments efficiently. Prior experience in property maintenance or janitorial work is preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
