What You'll Do As a Housekeeping Lead , you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our guest rooms and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You'll also assist in leading the housekeeping team to success.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Overseeing daily housekeeping operations and task assignments ✔ Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality standards ✔ Training, mentoring, and supporting housekeeping staff ✔ Coordinating with the front desk and maintenance for room readiness and work orders ✔ Managing linen inventory and laundry flow to avoid shortages ✔ Handling guest requests promptly and professionally ✔ Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines ✔ Reporting supply needs and helping control costs Who You Are This role is perfect for someone who is: ✅ Energetic and positive- You bring a great attitude every day ✅ Detail-oriented and organized
