Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a pristine, safe, and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless environment Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are upheld by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required in residential settings Experience Proven custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is highly desirable Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety procedures in cleaning operations Prior experience managing housekeeping tasks in a supervisory or management role is a plus Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation Ability to deliver excellent customer service with positive communication skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to creating clean, comfortable environments!
