Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a pristine, safe, and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations every day. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain impeccable hygiene standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and appropriate custodial practices Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests promptly and courteously while maintaining professionalism Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks independently or as part of a team, including janitorial responsibilities when needed Assist with housekeeping management duties such as inventory control of supplies and scheduling cleaning routines Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential, hotel, or commercial settings is highly preferred Hands-on experience with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics is advantageous Experience in hospitality environments or housekeeper management roles will be considered a strong asset Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is essential Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude Join us in creating welcoming environments where cleanliness meets comfort!
