Job Description
Qualifications •Must be able to work weekends and holidays Positive interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills Frequently lift or carry up to 10-50 pounds Standing or walking for long periods of time Responsibilities The successful candidate will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service to exceed our guest expectations Performs a combination of cleaning duties to maintain impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms Maintain well stocked supplies in guest rooms Consistently creating a positive guest experience Ability to clean guest rooms according to standards Record and report maintenance work order requests as identified in guest rooms Keep carts, linen or other storage rooms and equipment neat and orderly according to standards Turn in all articles found in vacant rooms immediately and handle according to Lost and Found procedures Participate in deep cleaning projects Exhibit friendly, positive behavior towards co-workers and guests
