Duties Perform thorough cleaning hotel guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and proper maintenance to ensure durability and appearance Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing concerns professionally Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used safely according to health standards Support housekeeping management with scheduling, inventory control, and training new team members Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Basic understanding of laundry processes and supply management Prior experience in housekeeping is a plus Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
