To perform a combination of tasks which maintain hotel guestrooms in a clean and orderly manner that meet the standards of the

Herrington Inn Duties & Responsibilities :

Daily:

Dust, Make beds Collects soiled linens for laundering and receives and stores linen on their cart Vacuums floors, cleans bathrooms Replenish room with supplies, towels etc. as required Supplies own cleaning cart with appropriate supplies for shift Follow signing in and out procedures for keys Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment Update and mark all cleaned rooms on their assignment paper Keep supply closets clean Empty vacuum cleaner each time it is full Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor assigned to your floor Offer assistance to guest and colleagues in a courteous manner Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy Understand simple instructions, learn simple procedures and techniques Perform routine work of the same talk daily Clean inside of windows Edge room's with broom and vacuum when needed Bring down Lost and found items to front desk following proper L&F procedures Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards Follow proper call-off procedures (2 hrs before start of shift). Read, Understand and follow all department policies
