Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, processing hotel linens, cleaning guest rooms, and assisting with public area cleanliness as needed. Responsibilities Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and bedding. Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room. Inspect linens for stains, damage, and quality standards. Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards. Make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready. Clean hallways, public areas, and other assigned spaces. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or lost and found items. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction. Skills Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
