Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various residential and commercial spaces. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine maintenance. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience with janitorial equipment and supplies management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments and schedules as needed. A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail to ensure all spaces are spotless and well-maintained.
