In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. Your commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed for specialized garments or fabrics. Replace used towels and linens with fresh supplies in guest rooms. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in a housekeeping or laundry role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and laundry processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
