In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items efficiently. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services. Experience Previous experience in a housekeeping or laundry role is preferred, particularly in a hotel or similar environment. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
