Professional House Cleaner (Full Time)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential homes. This position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adherence to established cleaning standards. As a House Cleaner, you will be essential in delivering high-quality residential cleaning with integrity and care. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of various areas including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms Ensure floors are maintained through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and deep cleaning as needed Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as grout scrubbing, walls, trim, and baseboards Organize and tidy up spaces while respecting clients' personal belongings Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks while focusing on quality Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary Use eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to minimize environmental impact Communicate effectively with clients to address specific cleaning preferences and provide exceptional customer service to address any concerns or needs. Experience Reliable & hardworking individual 2-5+ years of experience in residential house cleaning Attention to detail & great customer service skills Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is essential Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical ability to complete all required housekeeping tasks (lift, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, etc.) 2+ years' experience in residential house cleaning industry Great attitude and work ethic Own a vehicle & smartphone with valid auto insurance & driver's license Ability to work independently or as a team Must be able to communicate effectively with customers & team members Preferred Qualifications Passion for cleaning 5+ years' experience in residential house cleaning industry Knowledge of Eco-Friendly products Certifications in Residential House Cleaning Why Work With Us?
