The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use.
  • Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and standards.
  • Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly.
  • Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required in residential settings.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Experience
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Experience in floor care techniques and carpet cleaning is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
