In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your energetic approach will ensure that all areas are kept in pristine condition, supporting a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-quality hospitality setting where attention to detail and a can-do attitude are highly valued. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Assist with general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing minor fixtures, and reporting larger repair needs to the maintenance team Support janitorial functions by replenishing supplies, emptying trash receptacles inside and outside the building, and ensuring restrooms are hygienic and stocked Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property inside and outside by adhering to established protocols Support hospitality operations by assisting with setup and breakdown for events or special functions when needed Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment during cleaning and maintenance activities Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet extraction Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable Strong understanding of cleanliness standards and safety regulations in a commercial setting Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with attention to detail and efficiency Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
