Cleaning Professional

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various client locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and committed to providing exceptional service to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to achieve high standards of cleanliness Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistency and quality Restock supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members Requirements Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various job sites A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to provide own cleaning products & tools. Must be able to pass background checks as required by clients or company policies Reside in Kankakee, Bourbonnais, Manteno, Bradley, Momence Join our team as a Cleaning Professional and contribute to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our valued clients.
