Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, floor care, stain removal, and customer service. This position involves maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests.

Duties:

• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain hallways, public spaces, and guestrooms including making beds with tight corners
• Sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies
• Vacuum carpets and perform carpet cleaning as needed
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers
• Inspect items for stains or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
• Assist with inventory management by keeping track of supplies Qualifications preferred but not required:
• Experience in housekeeping or custodial services
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Knowledge of laundering techniques and proper handling of different fabrics
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
