Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Care for floors through specialized cleaning techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, or waxing to ensure a polished appearance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals. Ability to perform detailed floor care including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations and handling various textiles efficiently. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus.
