Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to preserve their appearance and safety. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing to maintain operational efficiency. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining cleanliness logs when required. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Experience with laundry operations and managing household or hotel linens. Knowledge of janitorial supplies management and commercial cleaning practices is advantageous. Background in customer service roles that require effective communication and professionalism. Familiarity with housekeeper management or supervisory responsibilities is a plus but not mandatory. Previous work in hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts will be considered an asset.
