Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces looking pristine. Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed to support household or client needs. Manage sanitation procedures by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic cooking skills for preparing light meals or snacks when required. Experience with laundry processes and managing household chores efficiently. Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
