The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment. Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high hospitality standards. Assist with special cleaning projects or events as needed. Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Previous experience in hotel environments is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Willingness to work weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
