The House Keeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, while also managing inventory of cleaning supplies. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are essential, as the House Keeper will directly impact the reputation and satisfaction of the property. Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in common areas. Clean and sanitize the fitness center, and other shared facilities. Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including handrails, doorknobs, and light switches. Clean windows and glass surfaces as needed. Cleaning vacant apartments in preparation for new residents. Report maintenance issues or damages to the property management team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment. Ability to work efficiently and independently.
