Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout each home, paying close attention to detail. Use appropriate cleaning tools and eco-friendly products to ensure safe and effective results. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards. Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a secure work environment. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services, with knowledge of housekeeper management preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Expertise in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep as part of household support (nice-to-have). Experience with laundry, custodial tasks, and hotel-style housekeeping is highly advantageous. Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and equipment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
