Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of hygiene. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Conduct detailed floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques. Ensure all areas are properly sanitized following health guidelines to promote a safe environment for residents and visitors. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning sessions. Handle janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks in hospitality settings by coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Experience in laundry services and custodial work preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies; certification in cleaning or custodial services is advantageous.
