Job Description

Bright Space Cleaning is looking for reliable, hardworking Residential House Cleaners to join our team. We are a locally owned company that values our employees, respects their time, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently hiring part time and full time Residential House Cleaners to clean homes throughout the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Why Join Bright Space Cleaning? About the Position This position involves cleaning residential homes and providing outstanding customer service.
Typical duties include:
Dusting and wiping surfaces. Vacuuming and mopping floors. Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Changing bed linens when requested. Emptying trash. Following company cleaning checklists. Reporting any concerns or damages to management. Each day is different, and you will work independently or as part of a team to help clients maintain clean and comfortable homes. Requirements Must be reliable and punctual. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person. English language skills required. Bilingual candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Must have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Schedule Monday through Friday. Flexible schedule. No weekends required. Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
