Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and appropriate custodial techniques Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning sessions Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic cooking skills are a plus for roles involving meal preparation or kitchen cleanliness oversight Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory Must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
