Full-Time Housekeeper Daytime Hours | Every Other Weekend Required Join a team dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and meaningful home for older adults. At High Point our housekeeping team plays a key role in ensuring our community is clean, comfortable, and truly feels like home for our residents and staff. About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the community. What You'll Do Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs as needed Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Experience operating cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners) Why Join Us?
