At Prominence Hospitality Group, we're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Houseperson to help maintain high standards of cleanliness in all common areas of the hotel and leave a lasting impression on every guest.

What You'll Do as
Houseperson Clean and Sanitize:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and hallways.
Manage Waste:
Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to proper disposal areas.
Restock Supplies:
Ensure public restrooms and common areas are stocked with necessary items.
Report Issues:
Promptly report maintenance needs or damage to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Support Housekeeping:
Assist room attendants by collecting trash or linens and replenishing housekeeping supplies.
Deliver Exceptional Service:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain Exterior Areas:
Help keep immediate outdoor hotel surroundings clean and tidy. What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and ability to meet cleanliness standards. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior hotel, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus.
