Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests and residents alike, contributing to their overall experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks. Good communication skills for interaction with guests and team members.
