Bartender - Shift Lead -

Gaming Parlor Position Overview:

As the Shift Lead at our gaming parlor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will manage staff, oversee inventory, and maintain an inviting atmosphere for our guests while ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending:

create and mix cocktails according to recipes. Supervise and support team members to ensure optimal performance. Ensure all staff arrive on time for their shifts and provide training as needed.

Gaming Room Management:

Oversee the gaming floor to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management:

Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Order supplies as necessary and manage inventory storage efficiently.

Food Preparation and Cooking:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and cleanliness in all food preparation areas.

Customer Service:

Greet guests and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage cash handling and processing transactions accurately.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the gaming area and food prep areas. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a gaming or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:
