The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean for guests. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in a hospitality setting is a plus. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
